At LUMI Therapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and sanitary liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
